Does anyone know any Paid Search Tools that tells how much competitors are spending on Bing adcenter?

Tools like Ispionage & Spyfu only tell you what competitors are spending on Google AdWords. Are there any similar tools to find out how much their Bing spending on adCenter?

Use calculator.  Divide google spend by 10.
