Ramp, none of those image links are working right now, so it's makes it a little more difficult to evaluate.

If you have 404s as a result of your CMS movement and you can 301 redirect those errors to the most appropriate page, that would be great.

As far as I know, there's no way to tell Google that "Yes, I know about these 404 errors, please stop telling me about them"

What about those links that comes to never existed pages of my site?

Design a custom 404 error page to render while getting request for non existing page.

It is not a good practice to redirect every request that could end up in 404.
