How do I go about setting up a Google Plus Company Profile?

Hi Cisaz,

Company profiles are not yet available in Google Plus.

Private profiles were opened to the world in the past 24 hours.

Word from the Plus team with the announcement is that the Business offering will not be far away.

Just need to wait a little longer
