You can use a crawler on your site to locate these links. What report did you use to generate these errors? Most software offers a "referrer" or similar field indicating where the link was discovered.

The SEOmoz crawl report for your campaign also provides the referring URL.

I agree with you in that any time data is provided to me, I like to see it in a clean format as presented, but I also like to be able to click a hyperlink and drill down to see more information when desired. You can submit your feedback to the SEOmoz helpdesk and they can add it to the list of requested enhancements for the tool.

I believe you are looking at the "Crawl Diagnostics Summary" and not the actual crawl report.  The information you are seeking is on the actual Crawl Report.
