International Link Building
Thanks for the input, Barry. I like the idea of sharing exclusive content. We have considered that, but haven't ever moved on it.

Rand HELP!!!!!
First of all you must have the text of the page you want to rank in the right language. If you've got a spanish page you'll have a hard time ranking in English versions of Google's search engine, etc. The trick to use after you have the language sorted correctly is to get links to that page from the countries you want that page (or subfolder) to rank in. By getting links from Argentina you'll help the page rank in Google.ar. Get links from Chile and you'll rank in Google.cl. By getting a mix of links from different countries you can get the same page to rank in multiple local versions of Google. Hope it helps. Cheers

International (greek) characters in the URL
It's all Greek to me!!! Ha ha, I'm hilarious Anyway, Greek characters will give you a lot of headaches, you'll most likely end up with URLs looking like yousite.com/Δήμ after you click on them. I have to work around a very similar issue and use the Greeklish (although not Greek) to have latin characters in the URLs. I'm not sure if Greek characters are w3 approved as things stand and although the web is getting better at non-latin characters, for the time being I wouldn't use them.

Outsourcing development to external agencies
The page on your domain that has the iFrame in it would get credit for both (assuming you have analytics on it :D). The visitor would actually be on your site and the iFrame is just a window to the other site where they can see the content.

Australia specific SEO tips?
Oh, this could be a very long reply, however I will condense it to the following: If you're link building for an Australian domain for Australian market and you have 1000 link opportunities. You should certainly focus on the followings: Australian domains relevant to your niche Australian domains that otherwise qualify (eg main local directories) International domains relevant to your niche (The order of 2 and 3 is a bit of a struggle for me when deciding which one to attack first) Basically it's all about time management and if you have a limited number of hours to work on your domain (and that is always the case) you will need to find a way to prioritise. Also look at obvious opportunities such as joining your local chamber of commerce and relevant industry associations in Australia. Local directories wortth mentioning are here: HotFrog.com.au, TrueLocal, Aussieweb, Start Local More here: http://www.aussietycoon.com/showthread.php/1112-A-list-of-Free-Australian-Online-Directories.
