SEO Content Revolution Question
In the past, page titles, structured as questions have done reasonably well since they were often close to the query typed by many users. In the future, however, I'd expect to see the following 2 broad changes: Knowledge graph answers to more popular and basic questions (meaning it's not worth much time to create these types of pages). Hummingbird changes to how queries are answered. From what I've read it appears that part of Hummingbird was about better analyzing the structure and meaning of queries, rather than simply matching keywords. To me that would suggest that the page types you're talking about will be less and less valuable. Because of that, I wouldn't dedicate as much time to these types of content as I would have a couple years ago. Harder questions or Q&A type content will always have it's place, however. Getting back to your question of "Would [having pages ranked that get lots of views] help my website as whole start ranking better?", I'd say yes, but not simply because the pages are ranking. It's more likely that they'd attract some links and social shares for the site (assuming they're decent quality pages), which would provide more benefit. That said, I'd only spend time on content that's closely matched with the topic of the rest of your site - creating these random pages won't add much benefit if they're not related to the rest of the site.

Google Authorship v Product Rich Snippets
Right now rel=publisher is being emphasised when it comes to Google+ Direct Connect - where a Google+ profile overview badge is displayed in the search results for a brand. It's a pretty cool addition to your search results, but right now it's handed out algorithmically. You can't just declare ownership and see it there, so you'll need to build up a bit of authority before it appears.

Authorship - How bad is it to use a fictional character instead of the actual author ??

What to do with old web pages after a re skin?
Also to add.... the old urls have stacks of repeated title tags Now if i redirect i'm guessing I'll still have to correct the repeated title tags or will webmaster tools still nag me about repeated title tags. I have a feeling if i redirect the old urls I'll also have to undo the repeated title tags. Would be great if someone could confirm this would be the case so i can order some strong coffee for the grim task ahead!

Websites removed from Google index - possibly because of noindex tag
Tom, Wow! Amazed that's in there. Thank you for pointing that out. Looks like it's part of the code for our site reviews widget. I hadn't even thought to look for something there, as assumed that SPDY was the issue. We're actually in the process of contemplating switching from http to https so now may be a good time to do it!

H2s & H3s for Category Navigation
There are mixed opinions on the use of them by Google. I happen to think it's zero for all of them except H1 and I'm not convinced even of them.. There is a case for H1 tags and keywords in them but I've ranked pages without strong H1 tags too. It will depend on the design of your site but typically header tags are bold and slightly larger than the standard text on your page. You can check your websites files and change them around if you want to change the sizes. Think about reading a text book. It's nice to have the chapter titles one size, the sections another size and subsections another size. It's for your users. You want to make sure they can easily find what they want on your page. When we code sites, we generally indent too. That's not for Google, it's for us to find things faster. Same concept.

Creative ways to dramatically increase content on ecommerce category pages?
Good point, I think I probably need to err on the side of caution and not go overboard, as you say. Yes, already planning things like product Q&As and reviews to help with the product pages. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Blogger and labels
Labels are used to categorize your posts, used correctly they can be helpful. Instead of re-iterating what these posts say, I'll just point you to them: http://support.google.com/blogger/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=44498 http://blogger-hints-and-tips.blogspot.com.au/2010/04/categorising-your-posts.html http://www.blogdoctor.me/2007/06/everything-about-labels-in-blogger.html

Need w3c validation error solution
Federico, Great to see you my friend. I believe you are 100% correct there needs to be a lot of things inside the wrappers of the header. As far as fixing the issues with the site throughout the 3 questions you've asked I am yet to going to weigh in on the 3rd one however if you're building a website unless you're going to hire a developer. I strongly suggest you subscribe to a tool called team treehouse I use it, and I could not be happier. http://teamtreehouse.com/ below is a validator called unicorn that takes a look at your code http://validator.w3.org/unicorn/check?ucn_uri=www.topnotchlawsuitloans.com&doctype=Inline&charset=(detect automatically)&ucn_task=conformance# if I can make some suggestions I strongly recommend getting an HTML editor the crème de la crème is Adobe's Dreamweaver however that might be a little heavy for some people. There are some excellent HTML editors if you Google them or if you like simply check out http://codepen.io/pro/ or some text editors that are designed for HTML Text Editors Text editors are often a matter of personal preference. Try installing some other text-editors and see which one you like best. Here's a list to get you started. TextMate - Mac only with free trial available. This text-editor is similar to Sublime Text. Notepad++ Windows only and free to use. It's similar to Notepad (which is included with Windows) but has some more advanced features. Codekit - Mac only with free trial available. Includes support for more advanced frameworks and templating languages like Less, Sass, Stylus, Coffeescript, and more. Vim - This text-editor is very powerful but also difficult to learn. It's intended for advanced programmers. I went and ran your site through Internet marketing ninjas crawl test and found some issues http://www.internetmarketingninjas.com/seo-tools/google-sitemap-generator/tmp/a8f87d2ba4effc9b8b291746c9f1d944.html here is an example of what a header when constructed correctly looks like <title>Smells Like Bakin' Cupcake Company</title> <link< span="">rel="shortcut icon"type="image/vnd.microsoft.icon"href="favicon.ico"><link< span="">rel="apple-touch-icon"type="image/png"href="icon.57.png"><link< span="">rel="apple-touch-icon"type="image/png"sizes="72x72"href="icon.72.png"><link< span="">rel="apple-touch-icon"type="image/png"sizes="114x114"href="icon.114.png"><link< span="">rel="icon"type="image/png"href="icon.114.png"></link<></link<></link<></link<></link<> [image: logo.gif] About Cupcakes & Prices Locations Contact Us Opposites really do attract, especially in our kitchen! Broad keyword usage vs appropriate keyword usage
As with most of our Crawl Diagnostics recommendations, using the keyword around 4 times is like the Pirate's Code: It's more of a guideline than a rule. That's, in part, why we chose to call it "appropriate" keyword usage rather than "correct." In general my rule of thumb is "use the keyword when it makes sense to use it, without so much that it sounds crazy" which in a standard-size web document of 300 words or more is going to be around 4 times. Including synonyms and other semantically related terms is also good to do, and should be pretty easy if you've chosen a good topic for your keyword. I hope that helps!

Links after meta description on SERP
Saif - Yes, Google will add in site links if they determine that your sub-pages are also important for the search results. It's all done auto-magically, so it's not something you can set. You can tell Google if you don't want certain pages to show up as sitelinks. But beyond that, the best advice I have is to create compelling content that engages with the end user... and strong rankings will likely result Hope this helps! Jeff
