How to optimize my website with new Google Feature snippet fuctionality?
Helth Insurance is a tough topic right now the query you sent me does not have any featured snippets showing for it. You need to utilize it will need to utilize it will like Moz , Ahrefs , SEMrush or GetSTAT to find query swear feature snippets are not cemented from the competition. Meaning if the competition has had it for a period of over six months there’s a very low chance it’s going to be changed unfortunately. Not to say that it can’t be. if you would be kind enough to share your domain with me I can give you much more valuable insight. Also if you don’t want to post it here feel free to message me at my profile by clicking on my photo. https://ahrefs.com/blog/find-featured-snippets/ https://getstat.com/blog/best-words-generate-featured-snippets/ https://mangools.com/blog/google-featured-snippets-guide/ The gods above will be helpful in terms of what you need to know about Featured snippets but I would be wasting your time without knowing you’re domain that way I could tell you were to go for. Hope this helps, Tom Zickell

Is it a good practice to reduce number of redirections (301) after a period of time?
Do not use the Disavow tool unless you are losing traffic or you got a penalty.

Should I change my website urls?
I would not change the URL structure unless you have to do this. Keep it short and clean.

H1 text and Header Image Overlap?
I think seoelevated has your answer - if you can overlay the text on the image as actual text that should tick all the boxes for you

Hreflang Errors 404 vs "Page Not Found"
As you wrote in your question, it is best to only link when the product exists in those other countries/languages. Both of the options about which you inquired are problematic, for different reasons. I would say that if you can't adjust the application code to only include hreflang when the pages really exist, then I think you should remove the hreflang tags from the pages, and instead manually create your sitemap with hreflang implemented there. That means your sitemap would not be perpetually up-to-date. But a slightly out-of-date sitemap with correct hreflang tagging would beat either of the options you listed above.

How can i fix the canonical tag issue?
Yes, this is potentially a serious issue, especially if you rely on the canonical to point multiple versions of a page to a single page for indexing purposes. The canonical URL should have a full protocol, domain, and path. If you're using Wordpress, take a look at the Yoast plugin, for injecting canonical links.

Titles and User Intent
I am currently wrestling with this same question, just slightly different keywords and context. This was a very interesting debate in this thread, so I am hoping I can encourage some fresh perspectives and also perhaps just to check back in after a couple of years now to see if opinions about this have evolved. In my current situation, I am trying to decide between: Shop [furniture category] | [parent category] | {store name} , OR [furniture category] | [parent category] | [store name] From keyword research, I do understand that nobody is searching for "shop" in their queries. However, the search results when searching for [furniture category] include a lot of different types of results for different intent. For example, when simply searching for the category name, page 1 results include retailers, manufacturers, professional review sites, informational articles, how-to articles, etc. The specific product category is a niche with a lot of information, news, comparative reviews and is a bit of a longer purchase cycle with research. We've noticed that after performing a few searches in a row, the page 1 results change a bit, seeming to adjust a little to intent (buy vs research vs news) With regard to prefixing the title tags with "shop", the arguments in favor of that right now are: signaling to search engines that the page is a commerce site to match user intent to searchers who are likely shopping (even if not by their immediate query, but by search their behavior) standing out in the results (for CTR purpose) for a commerce-focused shopper, so they can easily distinguish places to buy (e.g. some of the manufacturer sites, even big names, don't actually sell their furniture online) On the other side of the argument: Occurrence of keywords "shop" or "buy" in the queries is very low, almost nil Most of the top pages in the results don't prefix, even the retailers and direct-to-consumer manufacturers Opinions? Any data?

How Removing Zombie pages effect on domain authority?
Hi there, Your focus should be on removing pages which are not adding value to the website and for your users. For example, if you have pages which contain old and inaccurate content which is no longer useful, then you may want to consider either updating the page with better content or removing the page completely. Adding a noindex tag may make Google drop it from their index, but users may still be able to find the page on your website, so consider whether you want to remove the page completely using a 404 or redirect it to another relevant page with a 301. In terms of metrics, it really comes down to what you want your users to do when they visit your website. If you want them to spend time reading your content and then clicking through to other pages, then these are important metrics to measure. Then if your pages aren't doing this, then you either need to improve them or consider removing them if they aren't good quality. I hope that helps! Paddy

SEO question
There are many citation services that I do for my site (Vinyl Cutter Machines), but they just spam your links to unrelated citations that can end up hurting you more than helping you. Do them manually in your spare time if you don't have an SEO team, Google isn't perfect, and my local area is a perfect example of that. But let's say you live in a city called Wakaketa and you type in "Wakaketa Web Design". Very often, you'll see a top 3 ranking for a business with that in its name. The other businesses may have reviews, and this one will have none, and it still ranks. Like I said though, this doesn't always necessarily apply to competitive niches and heavily populated cities.

Pages Not Showing Up In Search After Being Indexed....
It can take a while. Be patient. If it's a new domain it could even take weeks, months since search will be dampened for new domains.

Finding issue on Gtmetrix speed test and google speed test
If you have in the morning 3.8 seconds and in the evening 2 seconds, it could mean that either the tool to test your website is "busy" or the server your website is on is "busy". A server thats on a higher load takes a bit more time to complete loading the website.
