Hi Lisa, In your Rankings report dashboard, in the upper right, there's a dropdown box where you can select your reports. The very last choice is "Export entire keywords history to CSV." You can use this to track keywords over longer spans of time. I also use AJ Kohn's method of creating keywords indexes to then make those reports beautiful for clients.
