If you just want stock for the sake of having stock, E*TRADE or any site that comes up when you Google "online trading" will allow you to do this; or, if you have a bank account, your bank *might* allow you to buy stock through them. However, I would not recommend either of these options. Rather, you and your parents might want to consult with a financial advisor, and they can create an account in your name (currently controlled by your parents, depending on how old you are), and can guide you on making investments.
