I am a Speaker and Consultant/Coach. I have been speaking since 2004, after beginning my Professional career as an Investment Banker in 2001, which gave me the incredible opportunity to study directly and learn from absolutely incredibly brilliant persons like Jim Rohn, Anthony Robbins, (I am more of a student of Jim Rohn than Tony Robbins - even though Tony studied with Jim) Wayne Dyer, and some very brilliant Business Strategists' in the field of Process Improvement and Team/Culture Development. I have 2 books nearing final layout: "Fighting Ghosts", and "The Up-Serve Rules". My primary niche are developing Medium-Sized Teams (50 - 250). Many times these efforts range from working directly with the COO implementing Process & Operations Improvement to NLP coaching and training. My talks, and each and every Consulting Agreement, depending on the venue, primarily surround what it means when we seek to serve, not sell.
