My first guess is that Google hasn't properly indexed the new information yet. I mean the new website has gone live just a couple of days ago. Very interesting to see that they appear right below each other. Good find!

RE: Redirected pages still sending response code 200
As Jonathan mentioned you should indeed use a 301 redirect if it is a permanent redirect and a 302 redirect if it involves a page which is temporarily not available.
It does show the title tags so I think that solving the redirect issue would also solve your SEOmoz missing title tags issue.If you changed the 302 to 301 and it still shows that your title tags are missing let us know and we'll try to help you identify and solve the problem.

Fabrizo, as I just commented in one of your other questions Google Panda is now part of the standard Google algorithm and it isn't a periodic update. You said you were waiting for the next panda update in order to make a recovery. I don't think this is going to work anymore.
A bounce rate of 45% is a very high bounce rate in my opinion. Is this for all pages, the home page, product page?
Where is the bounce rate the highest? From direct traffic, referral traffic or search engine traffic?I think that two things are not very good for your rankings:
1. You are not being found on your products since they are no-indexed.
2. Bounce rate is one of the metrics Google Panda misses. A bounce rate this high is an indicator to Google that users are not finding what they are looking for at your site. If a user types in a query, clicks on your site, goes back to google and clicks on one of your competitors and they look like their site then it is a clear signal to Google that the other site is more relevant for the user on a given query. If this happens a lot then they can lower your rankings.Try to find out where the bounce rate is coming from and try to give us here some more information which we can help you with. If anything was unclear, let me know.

Fabrizo, as far as I know Google Panda is now part of the standard Google algorithm and it won't be a periodic event anymore. Penguin still is though.
If your product pages are duplicate content according to Google try and see if you can do something about that instead of no-indexing it. Is there no way you can update the products so they display a more prominent description? I understand that manually it's not a possibility because there are way too much products for that to be an option.
I did notice that on a lot of your product pages you have a standard text: "This item includes: PDF (digital sheet music to print), Scorch files (for online playing, transposition and printing), Videos, MIDI and Mp3 audio files (including <a title="This item includes Mp3 music accompaniment files.">Mp3 music accompaniment files</a>)*

Skill Level: medium"Since this is basicly the only text on a lot of pages I think it's a big part of the problem. Maybe you can change this text so it looks different for every product?
Try tools like http://www.plagspotter.com/ to find the duplicate content and see which solution is best for your specific problem.

I agree with Colin McGraw.
The website contains very little text on very important pages. The product pages should contain a very well written description of the product containing keywords particular to that product.(Keep in mind that the description should be natural so the reader doesn't get the feeling that you are stuffing it.)
But to answer your question, i do not think that you stuffed keywords. Just think that you should add text on the site. Not just to add text, but to give your users more information about the website, the categories and the products so that they will be persuaded quicker to actually buy them. Aside from the better conversion rate you should get higher ranking from it too.

I agree that you shouldn't try to get search pages indexed.
Google loves clean URL's and "?course=starter" is not really a clean URL.One of the reasons why Google doesn't like this is because it's not good for the user experience.
Nobody is gonna remember a url with ? and = in it.My recommendation would definitely be to change the structure of the website that every recipe has it's own page and that these recipes are sorted into categories. Then you can still use the search function so that people will be able to search and they will find their recipes. Trying to get these pages higher in Google may help in some ways, but i think it will serve you better to focus on getting pages with a clean URL structure higher in Google.This should also improve your CTR (Click Through Rate) because people trust websites more if they understand the URL.
About the duplicate content issues. Search pages are not really meant to be indexed by search engines in my experience. I always no-index the search pages because of the possible duplicate content issues and they are custom pages which appear bases on what a user does. Not something i would want to get found on in the search engines.

Your metrics in fact look better than the other websites in the list (the ones in red at least).
In a different question you posted here you mentioned that you no-indexed all of your product pages. This could be a reason since i'm pretty sure your product pages can contain a lot of information which you want to be found on.The overall user experience could be an issue too (Google Panda). Go to your statistics on Bounce rate and overall time on page. Are people happy with what they find on your website or do they leave immediatly?
If they are leaving immediately try to determine why. Is the design of the website not good enough? Are they looking for something completely different in terms of content?
This is a very difficult question to answer without access to information which is not provided in the attached image.
I tried naming a few possible problems.Let me know if you find something and I hoped i helped in some way.

Why would you want to no-index your product pages? They seem like the kind of pages you want to get found on.
There shouldn't be a problem between the amount of index pages VS no-index pages except you won't get found on the no-index ones. Product pages tend to be the kind of pages that you REALLY want to get found on.
I think you should rethink your strategy to recover from the penalties.
Try to find out where exactly the penalties came from and fix the errors in that area of our website. -

Google tends to scramble the title tag and description tag up if they think that it will serve the user better based on the provided search query.
Sometimes Google changes title tags so they'll contain branding purposes.
Anyway nothing is wrong with Google changing your title and/or description tags. Google always serves what they think is best for the users. I've noticed that they were scrambling my things up too and they actually helped me improve my title tag.
