Hey Guys thanks for the help Yes I am using woocomerce. The import is all set up and runs all by it''s self using cron The problem is the category field in csv  cant be changed (at least not by the wholesaler ) so we would need to write some code to make that happen. I might try adding some new categories and and still keep the old ones (otherwise) wordpress/woocommerce wouldnt know where to put the products.
