Thanks Miriam for mentioning the what happens when cancelling Yext article that  Nyagoslav Zhekov has done really good research for us here, even though Yext states that they do not remove listings after cancellation.

Like Miriam said there are ways of going around Yext, but some have switched over to Yext empire including Local.com, and American Towns. Not sure of your specific industry but these directories are generally not in the top 10 most important listings so some of us choose to go for the main listings manually and add others as needed per industry.

As for enterprise account I was able find info in a $149 a year re-seller account that gives you 5% off for your clients: http://www.yext.com/pl/reseller-scanning/resellers-faq.html

Right after Moz added me into the their beta. I didn't see any info in the analytics, if I remember correctly. After sometime, I got to see some campaigns with data and one with out data, and one campaign that is showing up in the original crawl/ranking reports but not yet in the new moz analytics.

I was added to the beta about a week ago for the record.

Also have this message up top: You can now set up new campaigns in Moz Analytics! We've already migrated at least one of your existing campaigns over from PRO, and any existing campaigns that have not been migrated over will appear on your dashboard soon.

See if you have any message up top on your moz analytics home page, and/or

As long as you like your foreign language categories with with english category for example "hola" category link it with "hello" category.  When you go to Post > Categories > Click on individual category and link it, see pic. It will automatically change %%Category%% based on whether it is russian or English.

Also too many of pages in one directory using: http://www.domain.com.ph/property-for-sale-area-city/  method could lead to server issues, depending on your type of server. But I mean this is if you are creating thousands of urls to one directory, so might not be relevant

Also there are features like LazyLoad that load these plugins after your content or load in the footer, etc.

For me the social proof of having the number of shares next to the post for example shows credibility of the information. I would still like to have that in most cases.

Just to add what EGOL mentioned in his post from ways back, with something else EGOL mentioned recently in http://moz.com/community/q/advice-needed-on-a-potential-domain-purchase, with something that is really important in this day/age in SEO to consider: "However, if it is a long-established site with enormous amounts of domain queries, backlinks, brand mentions, likes, etc. then my concern would start to go up."

In other words Good history is good for your domain, but its hard to come by these days, no history may also be good, bad history is really bad. And more and more you find companies with bad history selling their domains to get rid of them. History = some of the things EGOL mentioned, with big emphasis on back-link profile quantity and most importantly quality.

It could mean that yes you are doing something right, as in getting more links, or just that moz has recently crawled or found more links, and as result you are seeing a jump in your DA. A 2-5 point increase or decrease is not out of the ordinary

Also if you would like to run it for more than one day. You can perform A/B Testing if this is something you are comfortable doing. Depending on your website or platform there are free plugins or paid services that will allow you to do it in a randomized fashion. If you are looking for a larger sample with which to make your decision.

Most SEO spammers won’t bother posting irrelevant/spammy links to blogs or forum posts if they know they will not get to publish a follow link. So a good questions would be to ask who is asking for these do follow links your loyal followers or spammers or people who just want a free link?

In this example follow your natural human instinct, not your robot/SEO instinct.

Robot/SEO/keyword mindset, personal driver los angeles.

However another way of doing this is "los angeles personal driver" doesn't need stop-word and sounds natural.  Also sometimes los angeles personal driver might be searched more often than personal driver los angeles see an image I attached as an example

I will answer your 3 specific options and general thoughts at the bottom:

1. Yes you have the correct game plan here.  Postal code may or may not help unless it is specifically searched for.

2. Unique content is the name of the game, each neighborhood/area will have their own unique elements you can write about in your content and this will engage the user and bring familiarity and will rank better, and this solves duplicate issues.

3. Greater area reach is hard unless you are dominating with reviews or other local listing factors. The goal is having a physical location close to your area of intent.

"product is expensive so this justifies" - does this justify potentially opening another physical location to be closer to the searcher?

Also how is the current showroom main location doing, with search and its response? Is it in the target area, is it reaching customers well?

Is the perceived authority of the old-time TLDs something worth investing in? Or will this fizzle away over time as the new gTLDs flood the market?

.com mainly, but also .org (and in some cases .net) have survived the test of time in terms of authority/brand/image.

Many other TLDs were introduced prior to .PRO and the above are still highly sought after.

In terms of financials, as in "The .org will probably end up being about 10x the price of the .pro." from an SEO standpoint its a fair game, so if you can invest the savings from a .pro (assuming significant if you are paying high bucks for a .org that you are buying) you can use that for SEO.
