How do I get into the People Also Ask section?
Hi! A bit late but perhaps the following links help. Generally it seems the People Also Ask feature is often closely connected to FAQ and faq schema markup content on pages (not necessarily FAQ only pages!). If the questions you are looking at are related to your own brand then I would try implementing some FAQ type content and see how that goes, you should have a good chance of grabbing some more results. https://moz.com/blog/new-schema-types-to-create-interactive-rich-results https://www.searchenginewatch.com/2020/02/20/how-to-make-most-of-googles-people-also-ask-results/ Hope it helps!

Why does my old brand name still show up on organic search but as my new brand name and domain?
Not that I know of unfortunately. If they were local business listings you could use Moz Local, Yext or BrightLocal, but it doesn't look like that is the case. I would just let the client know it may take some time, but with continued link building efforts Google will eventually start to drop Vevox from the search results for MeeToo.

How can I avoid duplicate content for a new landing page which is the same as an old one?
What I've usually seen with canonicals is that Google either removes the noncanonical page from its index, or it ignores your canonical and treats them as two separate pages. I haven't seen an example where a canonical lets you get the best of both worlds. I agree with Nozzle - you can tweak your existing content to target both phrases! Google understands synonyms, so if anything, you're just creating a more all around relevant page. Good luck! Kristina

Review Schema Dropped Off A Cliff!?
Hi Virginia, Looks like, yes, there are problematic practices going on here. I'm not an expert schema diagnostician, but I can offer you two suggestion that I believe should help. Read fully through this article on schema markup best practices: https://whitespark.ca/blog/how-to-use-aggregate-review-schema-to-get-stars-in-the-serps/ If you get lost, hire David Deering's company TouchPoint Digital - http://www.touchpointdigitalmarketing.com/ - for some consulting. He's an absolute expert and can help you get your schema into guideline compliance. I hope these resources are useful to you!

How does Google read multiple Geo Shape Schema Mark Up?
If there are no errors in the helper tool yer good. I was probably the moron that proposed it not working, but clearly, that's not the case Some pages I got like 2-3 videos from youtube and the JSON works on that, I guess the confusion I had around your initial inquiry was I was thinking in terms of the organization address or something to that effect. Not sure if you've played with the article/ blog post schema, but some the similarly categorized objects literally have to have your organization on some approved list of some sort. Otherwise, it fires off a warning in Googles little testing contraption.

Can I have multiple GeoShape Schema for one page on one domain?
Hello there, Actually, there's no answer from Google that explicitly says you can't do that, although most of the time we would prefer to create a customized landing page for each area of users. Not that only a safer SEO approach, it's also more personalized and might help stuff like CRO more than just SEO. Here's an article that shows how to use multiple "localbusiness" markup for a page, although he did not use GeoShape, the logic applies: https://www.chrisains.com/seo/local-business-schema-mark-via-json-ld/ Here's another: https://intuitivedigital.com/2016/10/json-ld-for-multiple-locations/ Hope this helps, Joseph Yap

Will I get Penelized for having a .co.uk site AND a .com site?
Hi, You should use hreflang across the 2 different domains: https://sites.google.com/site/webmasterhelpforum/en/faq-internationalisation#q16 And I would change the content as much as posible to make it relevant to the targeted country. Regards

Country subdomain versus ccTLD?
Hi Rob, Virginia & others, I know this question and answer is way over a year old, however it's in my opinion still highly relevant. I just read this article, suggesting that a gTLD is better than having ccTLD's when wanting to become multinational. https://www.branded3.com/blog/choose-subdomain-subfolder-cctld-international/ I have a small startup project with a patio heater company, where I have a gTLD (.com) and right now also a ccTLD (.dk). These two domains of course link to each other but infact they are two separate Shopify stores. DA is around 20 on the ccTLD and 10 on gTLD. Now I want to expand to Poland, Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands (I have purchased these ccTLD's), so my question is now, which is to prefer SEO-wise for the optimal setup in each country? Go with the gTLD and having the other languages served as de.domain.com, pl.domain.com etc.? Having a CNAME setup on each ccTLD, so the shop will be on domain.pl, domain.de etc. and still "in the background" being served from the gTLD? I hope somebody can point me in the right direction. Best regards, Jens

301 or 302 Redirects with locale URLs?
Thanks Greg. Yeah, I didn't really want to go down the 302 route, it makes everything so much more time sensitive!

Duplicate page titles because of multi language setting
hi all the SEO experts I would like to extend the question to the point that a lot of words and word combinations specifically in the tech arena can be used in English for some languages. I am working now on EN and DE websites on a website for SaaS, a lot of page titles coincide in both languages and they are actually not translated. What would you recommend in this case? Would hreflang solve my issue? Thank you

Changing domain names but still ranking as old one
Hi , Did you follow all of Google's Change of Address instructions? If redirects are in place, chances are you missed something else minor that can have a big impact.

Do Page Anchors Affect SEO?
There is a good example of "table of contents" links in this Moz Blog article by John-Henry Scherck. https://moz.com/blog/link-prospectors-into-lead-generators He used bullets and that format is good because his subheadings are long. Mine are usually short, correspond to keywords and can be separated by pipes. Contents: Topic 1 | Topic 2 | Topic 3 | Topic 4
