Blog and Website = 2 different URL's - Is it WORTH to merge content on to one site

Yes, assuming all else is good - theoretically it will help the SEO because you'll have more content on the site. And its not only SEO - think of user experience and that's usually synonymous with "good SEO" nowadays... the USER will have a better experience with everything under one roof too
