Hi there! Tawny from the Help Team here. I think I can help explain what you're seeing in Open Site Explorer. When you enter your site's URL, the first report that comes back is an Inbound Links report. By default only external inbound links are displayed, but you can use the dropdowns to filter down to just the links you're interested in. You won't see these external inbound links in your source code - they're just links to your site from elsewhere on the web. If you were to look at internal links instead, you'd be able to find them in your site's code. I hope this helps!
