A marketing professional with 16 years of learning, discovery, team accomplishments and management experience. I see myself more as a general marketing professional reveling in learning new things, a process-oriented approach, team building and management, training, operations management and general business management.

Started my career in sales and decided to focus in marketing communications in 1998. For over seven years since then, I have worked on almost all aspects of traditional marketing and advertising.

Decided to focus on online marketing and started practicing SEO in 2007 -- Set up the SEO department, processes, and documentation standards for two online marketing firms in India. After working on over 50 SEO projects for agencies, decided to move to the client side and joined AOL to manage the SEO for the suite of Entertainment and Mobile websites.

In Nov 2011, I moved to San Francisco to manage the SEO for JustAnswer / Pearl.com LLC.

I have worked with and managed on-site, off-site and off-shore teams and am equally comfortable in client management and delivery roles.
