Hey Tony, I updated you via email, but I am posting the response here for your reference, as well. Unfortunately, it does look like the this is a limitation of the tool and we are unable to export the full social data at this time. Our engineers are investigating if we will be able to edit this limitation in the future, but this would mean a major coding change, so we aren't certain if this is will be possible. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this causes and I thank you for your patience while we review this process. Please let me know if you need any further assistance in the meantime. Chiaryn
