Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Unfortunately, there's no way to compare what you see on the Dashboard for a Campaign to months past — the only options we have are Weekly and Monthly data, with the latest week or month respectively. If you wanted to compare what you see on the Dashboard over time, you would need to set up a Custom Report with the Dashboard module in it, and set that to run either every week or every month. That way you'll have a record of what those metrics said in the past, and you can compare two Custom Reports together to see change over time. ​I hope that helps!
