Does it make sense to have one facebook/twitter account for multiple websites?
Agree with Aaron. Don't create multiple social media accounts just to have them. Make sure you have the manpower to keep each one updated. From experience I can tell you it's a lot of work keeping up with the influencers of many different topics.

Duplicate product urls
And to add to Matt's reply, not all search engines recognize canonical tags, so if it is a dupe content issue, then 301s are vital.

Dynamic parameters
Sorry, didn't read properly. Yes you should still block those pages anyway though... internal search result pages will still cause you issues in one way or another, whether it's circular navigation or competing for keywords... I would block them anyway.

Word count requirement
When you have visitor submitted pages, you don't control the amount of content. I'm just trying to assess how much I need to add to those pages to make them unique pages/better quality. Thank you for your response.
