First of all, the more "trustful" source is Search Console. Second, every other platform uses their own ways to detect the rankings. It's completely normal that it varies in different platforms. Third, remember that when making a human search, that search is biased by our cache, history and whether or not is signed with a Google account. You are checking on a 2nd page rankings, that's even more natural to be unstable. At least that's my experience. If you want to check it yourself, try with a proxy or a vpn. Be cautious to not be logged in Google and to use a cache&history free browser. Best luck. GR.

I agree with David that you should combine them onto one site (the main site), and build off from there. It will be easier to build up the domain authority on one website instead of trying to do it with two different URLs.

Given all the other geotargeting factors are fine, using a domain name whose IP is from USA would be a good added signal. Remember, you don't necessarily need to have your site hosted in the USA for having a USA IP.

If you are still wondering about the directory url: atlantaeventscorporate.com/weddings to do this you could: Create a subdomain. Forward atlantaeventweddings.com to the subdomain   Use htaccess rewrite to direct incoming traffic to atlantaeventcorporate.com/weddings/   or   Redirect weddings.atlantaeventcorporate.com to atlantaeventcorporate.com/weddings/ Don't create a subdomain: Just create the weddings folder in the root of your domain and build from there. and then forward atlantaeventweddings.com to atlantaeventcorporate.com/weddings/

From Marketing point of view the existence of two different accounts is proper approach. Wedding has separate niche and therefore must have a separate account, it will be not correct to put wedding content into business account. Business account is full of information dedicated to your organisation, etc. Swamping it with wedding pictures is neither proper nor recommended. When there is a separate wedding account you can upload there wedding info, advices, pictures, share ideas of design, interior, wedding help articles. So it is great to directly target for people from the very wedding account. Business account must share info of your services, how you help brand development and there is no use to place any other info on business account.
