Website penalized never again be the same
Very hard to respond to this, but I'll do my best. First, there's no real point in starting a new site if it's going to be thin content all over again. If you just post videos from other sites with some text, you're just a re-aggregator of content. I'd think about what you can do to make your site actually more useful. Think about things like this: Are there search, filter, rating, or navigational features your competitors are using that your site lacks? Are your titles accurate and specific, or vague and targeted towards similar terms? You want to be accurate and specific. You don't want to mislead anyone with promised value only to disappoint them. How can you add useful content at scale? I'd generally lean towards using the existing site, but it can take a while for Google to reconsider it. It's your call, but the important thing is to make sure your pages aren't thin and you're delivering value.

Error Meta Description
+1 to what Rene said, google is not forced to use your meta description (especially when the website is in a "complicated" niche).

Superficial content with little or no added value
Hi, I took a quick look at your site, and it appears that you have a problem with category pages. When I took the following text from your site's homepage -- "Minha esposa trabalha como manicure. Tá sempre trabalhando no salão ou atendendo nas residências. Faz tempo que trabalha num salão perto de casa" -- and searched Google, it found 3 instances of it. http://www.acervodecontos.com/ http://www.acervodecontos.com/diversos/ http://www.acervodecontos.com/busca-contos-sexo/esposa-recem-casada-liberada/2/ All were category level pages. The good news, is this is a pretty common problem for lots of sites, which means there's been a ton written about it. My suggestion would be to noindex those secondary category pages if you aren't going to put unique content on them. Here's a discussion from a similar Q&A post that adds great insight.

Superficial content with little or no added value
Hello, I understood what google wants, I'm working with partnership that will have unique videos. But how do I solve? Embed the videos? Will have to be removed? Ie erase everything? Or is that if I start now with unique videos is enough? In fact, in Brazil, 99% of the videos work well. Remove all, would be to start from scratch, wanted to see a way that does not happen. How do I solve? What should I do with the old? Thanks for your answers and help.
