Unfortunately, Google has had a very spotty record of policing their local-organic results since day one. I totally get how frustrating this is. The only thing a legitimate business owner can do in a scenario like this is work hard to be SO much better than the spammy stuff, that they eventually surpass it. Hi, From above example I can tell you very clearly that keyword with UK is less competitive that is why keywords with UK appearing on better position in comparison to other keywords even without doing any seo. Second as you said that you are not doing any seo but I presume you could have use UK anywhere on webpage or define target country as UK  in webmaster tools . If that is not the case your site is ranking for UK keywords because your domain is co.uk Thanks
