Joshua, The rankings report will show you which results show up in the local results and you can find out more about that here: http://moz.com/help/pro/rankings .  However, in order for the report to find your site in the local results, you'll have to include the city name as a part of the keyword being tracked such as "electronic cigarettes Charleston".
