Patrick's right—at the moment, there's no way to change the data collection day for your campaigns, short of creating new campaigns on the day you'd prefer. ScreamingFrog is a great tool, but depending on the size of those 2 sites you may be able to run a Crawl Test to get the information you need. That tool can crawl up to 3000 pages at a time. I have tried this as well, but they either forget about it or do not want to use it. Not sure why, but I do know that they are busy, so it may just be that they are trying to complete their tasks as quickly as possible and don't want it to get in the way.
