Hi Slash, So I ran your URL through Screaming Frog and found 91 valid pages, and 38 404 errors. What I didn't find was the types of broken links you describe, so I suspect it's more likely an error with the SEOmoz crawler trying to parse your site. What's odd is that SEOmoz won't give you a duplicate content error if one of the URLs returns a 404, so there's likely more than one issue going on. Sorry... without looking at your actual campaign I'm at the limits of what help I can offer. Slash, I think your best bet here is to go over the help documentation and contact the help team (help@seomoz.org) for specific question about your campaign.
