Hi Sanna, It sounds like those are technically separate websites, so in my experience, these would each require their own SEO Site Audits. If conducting a true Moz SEO Site Audit ... The good news is, if they're all for the same client, your Background Info page data will likely be (mostly) the same for each of these sites, and possibly the Goals page data also, and you'll only need to share all of the Site Audits information with one client, which will be a huge time saver as well.
