Recent 2017 Disavow Experience - How long is it taking?
Hey there, It usually takes up to one month but often times about two weeks. Once, you disavow the bad links they will still appear in Search Console The main reason is that Google just won't count them against you. Have you been successful with disavowing since May? Cheers, Martin

Old URL that has been 301'd for months appearing in SERPs
Forget it... I know this answer. I've already fetched the previous url in GSC and it shows as redirected. Google is seeing it properly but for some reason still showing it in SERPs.

Redirecting a Few URLs to a New Domain
Yeah you'll have to wait way longer if it's a small site. Probably Google is not visiting your site too often so it will take time before they redirect all new pages to the new one.

Change of Address in Google Search Console
Brad, since the domain is not going to be yours, and you'll be unable to actually verify it in Google Search Console, then you probably won't be able to use the Google Change of Address Tool. However, if you are using 301 permanent redirects to redirect the content to your site, that should be good enough. Typically, when you use the Change of Address Tool you get more "credit" from Google, as it looks like they will pass most of the "link juice" over to the new domain--you don't get that when you only 301 redirect from domain to domain, you will lose some "link juice". I do recommend that you go ahead and use the 301 redirects.
