Hi James, Sorry for any confusion! The reports from the traffic page should show all of traffic to your site and, while it is broken down into branded keywords and non-branded keywords (if you have brand rules), the actual traffic from the non-branded keywords and the total traffic would include all searches that are sending traffic to your site based on Google Analytics traffic data and not just the keywords you are tracking through our site. If this doesn't seem to be the case for your campaign, I would recommend that you send in a ticket with your campaign information to help@seomoz.org so we can look into the issue for you.
