ABOUT THE OWNERS

As of April 2017, Senoia Cycle Works was purchased by Carter and Taylor Schmeck transplants from Northern California and local residents of Senoia. The shop’s primary owner, Carter Schmeck has a 35-year history in high level competitive cycling, 10 years of retail bicycle business experience, and over 20 years of business success in both the outdoor and entertainment industries. Behind the scenes, Carter’s wife Taylor manages the operating procedures, web and social media components of the company. Taylor has 10 years’ experience as a media and operations manager in their prior companies. Although she may not be the biggest bike racer in the shop, she brings to the table experience in business operation and an enthusiasm of creating a welcoming environment at the bike shop and fellowship within the cycling community.

At Senoia Bicycle, we love to ride and we love to help those who are new to the sport. Whether looking to increase their performance, or an experienced rider looking for custom bikes and accessories Senoia Bicycle is owned and run by serious cyclists who have a love of the sport and a true interest in helping people realize what this sport has to offer.
