Help! Odd SERP results on two branded terms.
Hi There! Thanks for your response!! I emailed our IT group about the sitemap observation. The site went down on January 4th. It was only for 30 minutes. We noticed the odd SERP results on Wednesday- January 6th. According to Moz our Keyword rankings for 'duluth trading co" & "duluth trading company" have been all over the place. See here: http://screencast.com/t/Tgc3qZgYrd & http://screencast.com/t/uvgHeRGNy I also noticed that "https" is showing up and not "http". I'm not sure why that is happening as well...

Google Search Console- Can you see what keywords were typed in to show the page result?
You can also use Analytics now to get a rough idea of the search queries (impressions, clicks, positions and ctr). In Analytics go to Acquisition > Search Engine Optimization > Queries Otherwise you can still use WMT to see the query under Search Traffic > Search Analytics

Mozscape Index
Thank you for your question and concerns. Moz is committed to providing high quality metrics. I wrote a piece about it prior to my joining Moz a month or two ago comparing the proportional representativeness of Moz's index to Google vs. the other major providers, which showed that Moz's crawl was more representative of Google than any other. An unfortunate side effect of monitoring index and metric quality is actually doing something about it when things don't look quite right. We would rather know we delayed an unsatisfactory release than not know if we delivered a satisfactory one. That being said, I think you will be pleasantly surprised over the next year or so with the improvements you see coming out of the Big Data team in everything from quality to quantity and stability. They are doing some truly amazing things.

Call to Actions in Meta Descriptions
I think that they help more for conversions and click through rate personally. It could help with your brand recognition, which can have a positive effect on your SEO. I use them more for CTR than SEO. Which I guess the CTR is important to SEO as well. So in a round a bout way, call to actions can help your SEO.
