I got more than 2000 backlinks from a website on my site spotifypremiumfreeapk.info , do i need to disavow all of them or not?

I have lots of spam and porn backlinks on my sites GTA5-mobile.com and ppssppapk.info, can you tell me tell me how to disavow them? My sites DA  50+ of both sites.
