I took a look at your campaigns and it looks like you've got all your campaigns setup as subfolder campaigns like this: http://www.example.com/product-title The problem is that all the links on your pages go to different subfolders. So there are actually no links to any other pages under that subfolder. I would recommend to look at setting up a subdomain or root domain campaign to catch everything regardless of which subfolder it's held in. I hope that helps.
