Just a suggestion...Along with using the SEOMoz tool you can also use the Google Webmasters Tool > Optimization > Content Keywords > Click on the listed Content Keywords > Will show you the top pages that carries that Content Keyword within your website. Even though this does not show the ranking for that keyword it will give you a clear picture as to which pages are the top pages for those keywords within your website in Google's eyes.And, since Google Webmasters does not show the keyword combinations but only one keyword, you can always click on those two (or three) keywords separately and then combine them yourself to find out which pages are prominent in combining those keywords. Also, this will give you an idea as to which keywords need to be optimized more. So, using this in combination with the SEOMoz tool will give you a better picture.
