Add pictures to website or Slideshare
Hi Ben, Thanks for your answer. We are anticipating it to drive traffic, presumably people will like looking at cars that have been in an accident. I'm still not quite sure how Slideshare builds links back to the client's website. Any experience with this? Can you embed anchor text in the slides that link back to the client's site? Yes, I think I'll put them in monthly galleries, now it's just a questions of where I'll load the images. Rafi

Schema.org and Testimonials
What exactly are you trying to achieve? No rich snippet markup from schema.org is required to embed a testimonial into a page. If you are intending to provide additional information to a search engine which helps gather a better understanding of what your website is and does so they can display markup in the search results, then this would be where you would use the appropriate markup. You may want to research the rich snippet markup for reviews to see if this is appropriate for what you're trying to achieve. It may be useful to read my other response to a schema related question I wrote a few moments ago too.

Title Tag Length
I understand that from a conversion perspective having a title tag in excess of 70 characters is meaningless as no one will see it on Google. I also understand that some believe that a title tag with more characters may dilute the strength of the terms you really want emphasized (although there doesn't appear to be universal agreement on this point). That said, for ranking purposes, will Google consider more than 70 characters in the title tag? I have a specific reason for asking this question. My clients are professional service providers. Some of them are located in suburbia where no one particular suburb draws a lot of traffic. Given my content constraints and limited number of title tags, I would like to squeeze as many suburb names into the title tag even if it means that they are not visible, just for ranking purposes.

Too many links on a page - pull-down menus
You can make links unreadable using certain techniques, but hiding those links will probably do you more harm than good. I would re-consider what you list. Maybe everything does not need to be listed from the main nav on every page? I know it seems useful letting everyone get to where they want to go from one click, but it is not always 100% needed and can sometimes actually scare people off! On your site, take 'Workers Compensation' under 'Practice Areas' - you don't have to list all the different types of workers compensation there, it could be that this information is displayed once getting to the 'Workers Compensation' page - in fact, I see it is already. This is obviously a business decision you need to make, but something to think about.
