I agree with Dirk. Most of your content is copied from elsewhere. Also, your links do not look right and mainly from commenting on other articles. You have plenty of links, so it would be quite challenging to clean them up. But if you want to be considered for re-indexation, you need to rethink the way you do SEO. Clean up your links, use disavow tool for links that you can't remove yourself. Also, your content needs to be original. When you feel like you've done everything you could, file Google reconsideration.
