Doing a "site:" search for your website shows that there are over 90k pages sitting in the index. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but at least the site is properly indexed. I'm not sure what you mean by "how can i change my content" - this is a WordPress site, so I'm assuming adding/changing content isn't a difficult task since you have what appears to be a well-built site.

get backlinks from high authority sites,  I did this with the website Yunnan BBQ. You can increase your DA PA score.  You can also do this for specific pages
