Hi Cara! Tawny from Moz's Customer Support team here. Unfortunately, I think I have to be the bearer of bad news - I don't know of a way to exclude just one subdomain from a campaign. You can certainly set up campaigns to track just an individual subdomain or for the full root domain, but there's no way to set up a campaign to track the root domain and just some of the subdomains for a site, unless you add an exclusion for Rogerbot in the robots.txt file, which would stop us being able to crawl the full site in your other campaign. Sadly, I don't know of a workaround for this. I think you'd just need to create a campaign for both individual subfolders.
