Hey mdoegel, You're right - we are still counting that page despite the tag. Sorry about that. We don't crawl it further, but it is included in the totals and analyzed for duplicate content. We are planning on removing pages blocked by robots.txt from the total, so perhaps we should also exclude those noindex pages from issue calculation as well. That's in the next couple of months, though... I'm not an expert SEO so I don't know if this would be helpful, but for now, maybe you can use canonicalization to keep those pages from being counted as duplicates? I hope this helps!
