In Pro Webinars Mike King just had a nice presentation about different tools he uses to get  understand the personas and their purchasing habit. In the various other videos the experts talk about different resources they use... just look around great stuff.

I am running a campaign for a client that has 86 pages via Google and SEmoz is up to almost 10K pages. I am really confused. Any ideas?
