Hi Ken Google is much larger than us so they will always show more data. Also when checking your linking root domains, make sure you are filtering for all 3 metrics for page, sub-domain, and root-domain. We basically index about 35% of what Google can. A lot of people recommend using multiple backlink tools to obtain a full profile.
