Hello I have one more question, when the writer of the article is placing the source, how he should put the source in that article ? I see, that is the most used the site name for anchor text... but what he needs to put in anchor ? this: www.google.com or  this link: www.google.com/car-is-driving or should combine both ? Thank you

I agree with Jane. I apologize earlier I assumed you had done a disavowal request. There is not much harm in waiting a month to find out if the site has been crawled and then see if Google reflects the changes in Webmaster tools. However if you do a disavowal you could possibly do damage to your your site's ranking. As I believe someone already has said sites that have had links less likely to get crawled as often as sites that are not in need of link removal. Therefore I could definitely be the problem.
