Hi, In google webmaster tools my sitemap was not added before now I added sitemap to www.mydomain.com. I have also add mydomain.com (without wwww) to google webmaster tools so do I require to add sitemap to mydomain.com also? When I added www.mydomain.com and mydomain.com to google webmaster tools so does google see it as one site or two however I kept preferred domain as www.mydomain.com Thanks

We are basically discussing Video Optimization. Here's the thing. If you optimize your video with better titles, descriptions and it sounds like your descriptions already contain a backlink to your website. As Tom said, Embedding the video helps the video page (if at all), but not the site embedding it. In your case, it sounds like you are embedding it on the site that your video is linking to. So I agree with Tom. Answering your question directly, linking to the video (and embedding it) from other places on the web, helps your video page which in turn helps your money site if you are linking to your money site from the video. Just don't over do it. Too much of anything is bad. I hope this helps.

Are you using Google Webmaster Tools? You will generally receive a warning if you are being penalized for unnatural linking: http://www.google.com/webmasters/ Google Webmaster Tools also has a "disavow link" tool, which allows you to tell Google which of your links are poor quality links you don't want counted against you. You can also try reaching out to the sites that you received the low quality links from, or contact the people who provided you with the fiverr gigs to see if they can remove the links. If you didn't have much of a backlink profile to begin with, it may be easier to just start with a clean slate and start a brand new site that doesn't have all those spammy links.
