Hi Christopher, Thanks for writing in with a great question. Unfortunately, there is no way to manually submit links to our index manually. All of the information we collect comes from an actual crawl of data in the internet, starting with the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank. We then crawl from the top down until we've crawled about 70 billion pages and then collate the data that was collected by following all of those links. The information is all automatically collected at this time. You may consider adding this as a feature request so our product department might look into adding the ability to submit links in the future.
