Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I'm so sorry that the new pagination feature in keyword rankings isn't conducive to your workflow! We were definitely aiming at making an improvement, not making it more difficult for you to get at the data you need. I'll make sure to bring this up with our product team when we meet to discuss our users' feedback - a Show All button might be something we can get into the tools to help alleviate this pain in the neck. I'm not sure about a timeline for getting such a feature into the app, but I'll definitely make a point of bringing it up with the team.
