Hey There, You don't need to add any code to your site to use our tools and all of the information we provide just requires you to set up a campaign. I think Chris might be right that you are actually referring to adding a Google Analytics tracking code to your site. Adding that code can help you integrate your traffic data into your Moz campaign, but it doesn't affect most of the data we provide in the tool.
