Hi Sarah, Related to the hosting provider. It is not a very useful answer, but if the price is great... The important thing here is that you are fully aware of the issue now. Due to your website is a - co.uk - somehow it "compensates" the hosting provider issue. Regarding the Moz tool that I used - the greatest SEO tool for quick check - is the MozBar for Chrome. https://moz.com/products/pro/seo-toolbar You have to be logged in and set up; choosing the "dark" option. If a sitemap existed, you could pull from cache or server. If not, you can recreate one via Google Analytics/Log data.

Not a problem. The UK is just in a weird situation with its listings where in the end, the input outweighs the outcome (IMO)
