Thanks. Should I add the canonical tag to all pages on the website? And how do I do this in WordPress SEO?

Given that google have stated that duplicate content is not penalised is this really something that will give sufficient benefits for the time involved?Also, reading some of the articles  on moz.com they seem very ambivalent about its use – for example http://moz.com/blog/rel-confused-answers-to-your-rel-canonical-questionsWill any page with a canonical link normally NOT be indexed by google?Thanks.

I wanted to make sure there will be no negative SEO implications if we change all ‘www.fdmgroup.com' references (printed and digital)?After some Googling, apparently some search engines regard www.fdmgroup.com and fdmgroup.com as two different websites and split SEO rankings (quote me if i’m wrong!).To date, a lot (if not all) of our online presence (e.g. adverts, banner links etc) use www.fdmgroup.com (both visually and in HTML markup) so these would also need updating to remove the 'www'.What are your thoughts? For the sake of SEO and canonical/duplicate content/ranking issues etc, would changing all www.fdmgroup.com references have a negative effect?

From developer: "Looking into this, we need to have /uk/blog, /us/blog and /ca/blog in order for them to appear on the menus – we could put a noindex meta tag on the us and ca pages to avoid duplicates?"

Or do you recommend href lang tag? Thanks.

I think Chinese uses fewer characters to express meaning.

What does this mean? 96 pages (not to be confused with blog posts). The issue isn't that I don't have time to edit it, it's what to name the pages. The pages simply list several blog posts which are sorted chronologically, so I can't really title them properly, per se.

Thanks - I am using an SEO plugin. The issue is that it's reading the duplicate titles for each blog page (by pages, I mean the Older Posts display): http://www.fdmgroup.com/ca/blog/page/8

blog is located on the domain (not a subdomain) - fdmgroup.com/blog/ - are duplicate titles still an issue? Thanks in advance.

Blog - FDM Group has duplicate page title for all blog posts.

We also have multiple localized versions of pages, so the titles are seen as duplicate.

Most of them are due to news items having more than 1 category – which is pretty normal.Also /us/blog, /uk/blog and /ca/blog are effectively the same page.None of them are actually duplicate content – just alternate URLs for the same pagehttp://www.fdmgroup.com/category/news/
