Is image SEO worth it for e-commerce?
Everything You Need to Know About Telemarketing & Telemarketing Software What Is Telemarketing? Telemarketing can be described as the process of generating leads, gathering market intelligence, making conversions, and increasing sales through the phone or phone calls. While telemarketing is a very useful tool for small and medium businesses, it can also be a valuable tool for large businesses in terms of saving time and money over personal sales. In other words, telemarketing is also known as internal selling and is a common form of direct marketing. Telemarketing is generally considered a better option than personal or door-to-door sales. At the same time, you do not need to pay a huge amount to the seller, as well as bear his costs. Just find the perfect telemarketing software to reach out to customers and increase the sales of your business, that's all. There are many contenders when it comes to telemarketing solutions. Consequently, choosing the right phone sales solution to meet all your business needs is not easy. What is Telemarketing Software? Telemarketing software is a type of Contact Center tool that helps organizations reach out to customers, generate leads, make conversions, and drive sales through phone calls, text messages, chats, video calls, emails, and more. In simple terms, it is software that helps organizations achieve their goals using the telephone system, both in a direct and repetitive manner. Features of Telemarketing System Inbound and outbound telemarketing to attract leads and connect with customers. Call log history to organize data to appropriately maintain your prospect's data. Works all over the world, i.e. you can use the software remotely from any device and from anywhere. Desktop apps, mobile apps, web apps, and cloud services are available to run smoothly. CRM assists with automated lead scheduling, customer information, call scheduling, email marketing, and more. Advantages of Telemarketing Solutions It is easy to find customers with a software telemarketing system as it provides an effective means of communication between you and your potential customer. In addition, it allows you to clear all product and service-related inquiries from your customers and effectively helps you in attracting leads. This allows you to reach as many customers as possible, since you just need the customer's phone number, not their address, in order to meet them physically. Reaching out to customers by phone or email is far more cost-effective than direct or personal sales. One of the main benefits of telemarketing software is that it helps you manage your contact list, automate workflows, and send emails to your customers directly when needed. The toolbar will do everything for you according to the permission you have granted. The software also provides you with reports and analytics to determine where you are generating high volumes and where you are falling behind. This will help you understand buying behavior, interests, and buying patterns. Nd5HeyrDXOM

How to best set up international XML site map?
Hi. Interesting, I didn't see that article. Well, then, I guess, it's matter of preference. I'd still go with different sitemaps. cause managing them individually allows script and code based automation.

Ranking well internationally, usage of hreflang, duplicate country content
From my experience of hreflang it seems that Google still doesn't always display the correct URL in SERPs. In addition we still see duplicates flagged up in Webmaster tools even though hreflang is present on these pages. We have only ever used hreflang for different English language versions rather than different languages so I can't call upon any personal experience examples to illustrate when using only language variables. I've found using the SEOMoz SERP Control panel so I can switch between different search engines (e.g Google UK, Google Us, Google Aus) is great for keeping track of how you appear in SERPs in each country you are targetting. .[image: vMGaeKwTYLbkrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYUAo7IrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYUAo7IrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYUAo7IrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYUAo7IrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYUAo7IrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYUAo7IrZFi6lyHAqOxlHcbMdYWAlH4KyNVhls4Q8BYEbB8P8BZzmZ0MAVcIsAmGK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFAKOyK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFAKOyK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFAKOyK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFAKOyK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFAKOyK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFAKOyK2RYupchwKjsZR3GzHWFwP8Drt56sz5Ky80AAAAASUVORK5CYII=]

Multi regional + multi lingual URLs
Thanks Oleg and Irving! There are only very minor differences between the countries that speak the same languages. Sometimes there will be price differences, though not always, and we use callcenters that have different phone numbers for different countries. That's all though, and so that's not much. So, we don't need the country in the URL. We would be able to determine country by using Geo IP and preselect that. I guess the most important question for is, if there's any reason you think we should include the country in the URL anyway?

Finding the source of duplicate content URL's
Using the Screaming Frog SEO Spider (free version to download will crawl 500 URLs, paid version [99 GBP for a yearly license] will crawl as much as you want), you can see all of the inlinks to a particular page. So run a crawl of the site, you should find those pages with Screaming Frog, and then you can view the inlinks to those pages. Visit the inlinks, and check the code for the links to the page you're looking for - this will quickly show you where the links are to the pages you're trying to hide. Also, have you checked the sitemap - the CMS might create links to these pages in the sitemap. good luck and let me know if you need any more help with this. Mark

Hierarchy and consistency in ecommerce URLs
Indeed John, using men-shirts would certainly be an option as a solution to the double names. If I understand you correctly, this would result in something like this: www.onlinestore.com/men/ www.onlinestore.com/men-shirts/ www.onlinestore.com/men-denim-shirts/ www.onlinestore.com/levis/levis-stone-wash-denim-shirt/ So I wonder if a flat URL structure, supported by proper internal linking of course, could be a viable option, or could perhaps even the prefered option?
