Is there access with any of the available API's that I may be able to show my client's keyword competitive data for them vs their competitors (The ones they specify?). Perhaps in JSON format?

How do I target Latin America with GOOGLE-ES?
We target Latin America Spanish speakers. What would be the best way to get statistics from GOOGLE-ES's crawlers? (Cannot find this option, can only target 2 countries per campaign?)
